MCPF offers grant funding to Minnesota police departments to fund community engagement initiatives aimed at building trust and partnerships between the public and law enforcement.

MCPF strengthens the profession by driving effective recruitment and outreach efforts, promoting diversity in law enforcement, and providing scholarships for students to pursue a career in law enforcement. ​
