Executive Training Institute (ETI) Scholarships

The Executive Training Institute (ETI) and Law Enforcement Expo is an annual conference hosted by the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association. ETI sessions are designed to bring police chiefs and law enforcement leaders together to learn from national experts and collaborate on challenges facing Minnesota agencies.
The conference also includes the Law Enforcement Expo, where attendees can explore new equipment, technology, and programs that support officer safety and improve operational efficiency. The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation raises funds to provide scholarships that help police leaders, particularly those from smaller and rural agencies, attend ETI when budget limitations would otherwise prevent participation. Scholarships are especially important for newly appointed police chiefs, giving them access to leadership training at a critical point in their careers. Advanced training helps Minnesota law enforcement agencies navigate an increasingly complex policing environment and remains a key priority for the Foundation. |
